My name is Linda. I’ve been coming to Dr. Baker for my dental needs for the last four years since I moved to Arizona. Just recently, I wanted to address a little issue with my lower teeth where I wanted the alignment to be better, and I opted to go to the Smile Direct Club. And for about a month or so, it seemed like the process was working pretty well. And then something happened where my jaw actually became misaligned.

And because I wasn’t having an on-hand person observing my progress, which is kind of sad because my dentist offers Invisalign and I could have had that, but I was looking to save money. So right now I’m back in the dentist’s office and I’m trying to get my jaw aligned better. He’s made me a new mouth bite plate, and so I’m going to have to see if that works. And if not, I may have to go to an orthodontist. So in the end, I may not have saved much money at all. So that’s my story.
